Republic Act No. 2215

An Act Converting the Pototan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, into a General Hospital to be Known as the Pototan General Hospital

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The Pototan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Pototan General Hospital.

Section 2. The expenses for the operation and maintenance shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered One thousand nine hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act: Provided, That the present appropriation for its operation and maintenance shall continue to be borne by the National Government and shall be increased as conditions warrant.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
