RA 2215 - An Act Converting the Pototan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, into a General Hospital to be Known as the Pototan General Hospital
Republic Act No. 2215
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The Pototan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Pototan General Hospital.
Section 2
The expenses for the operation and maintenance shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered One thousand nine hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act: Provided, That the present appropriation for its operation and maintenance shall continue to be borne by the National Government and shall be increased as conditions warrant.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
