An Act to Repeal Republic Act Numbered Seven Hundred Eighty-Nine, Entitled "An Act Granting Mauricio Palau, Narciso Fuertes and Juan Suarez a Franchise for an Electric Light, Heat and Power System in the Municipality of Barotac Nuevo, Province of Iloilo"

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The public interest so requiring, Republic Act Numbered Seven hundred eighty-nine is hereby repealed.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
