RA 231 - An Act to Raise the Fees on Transfer of Large Cattle Amending Therefor Section Five Hundred and Twenty-Eight of the Revised Administrative Code

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Section five hundred and twenty-eight of the Revised Administrative Code is amended, to read as follows:
"Sec. 528. Charge for certificate of transfer. — Disposal of the proceeds. — Every certificate of transfer shall bear printed on its face a stamp specimen of the value of two pesos, which shall be duly cancelled by the municipal treasurer with the seal of the municipality. The certificate required by this section shall be paid by the buyer, and the money received therefor shall be paid to the municipal treasury in the organized municipalities, and in the case of municipal districts, to the provincial treasury for the benefit of the municipal district concerned."
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
