An Act Repealing Republic Act Numbered Nineteen Hundred Seventy-Five

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred seventy-five, entitle "An Act to grant to Amador Dayola and R. Mulet (partners) a franchise for an electric light, heat and power system in the Municipality of Panabo, Province of Davao," is hereby repealed.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
