Republic Act No. 2459

An Act Amending Certain Items of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen Hundred, for the Province of Cebu

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item (u), for the Province of Cebu, page 259, paragraph f, section two of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred is amended to read as follows:

"(u1) Perrelos Elementary School, Carcar Construction of one-room standard shop building, Noel type-size: 6.90 × 8.55 M 5,000.00

"(u2) Tuyan Elementary School, Naga Construction of one-room standard shop building, Noel type-size: 6.90 × 8.55 M 5,000.00"

Section 2. Item (au), for the Province of Cebu, page 260, paragraph "f" of section two, Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred is amended to read as follows:

"(au1) Tabunoc Elementary School, Talisay Construction of one-room standard shop building, Noel type-size: 6.90 × 8.55 M 5,000.00

"(au2) Lipata Elementary School, Minglanilla Construction of one-room standard shop building, Noel type-size: 6.90 × 8.55 M 5,000.00"

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
