Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The name of Santa Rosa Elementary School in the Municipality of Baco, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby changed to Julio Hernandez Memorial School.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: June 21, 1959.
