Republic Act No. 2660

An Act Creating Three Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscal in the Province of Samar, Amending for This Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative of the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Samar, is amended to read as follows:

"Samar, ten assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
