Republic Act No. 2669

An Act Creating Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscals in the Provinces of Cebu and Pangasinan, Amending for This Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Revised Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the provinces of Cebu and Pangasinan, is further amended to read as follows:

"Cebu, thirteen assistant provincial fiscals;

"Pangasinan, eighteen assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its approval.
