Republic Act No. 2710

An Act Converting the Mambusao Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz, into a General Hospital, to be Known as the Mambusao General Hospital

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The Mambusao Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Mambusao, Province of Capiz, is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Mambusao General Hospital.

Section 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for its operation and maintenance during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-one, including the expansion of its facilities. Such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
