RA 2721 - An Act to Provide for the Establishment of an Animal Breeding Station in the Municipality of Gattaran, Province of Cagayan, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established an animal breeding station in the Municipality of Gattaran, Province of Cagayan, under the supervision of the Director of Animal Industry.
Section 2
The Director of Animal Industry shall appoint such personnel as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said station for the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-one.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
