Republic Act No. 2724

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Items twenty

two and forty-two of paragraph g, Section two, page 166 of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows:

"22. Lungsodaan Barrio School building, Hinundaya ₱2,000.00

"42. Shop building, Triana Elementary School, Limasawa Island Malitbo 4,000.00"

Section 2. The name and location of Project No. B-273.34, Title B, Appendix A, page 534-A, Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows:

"Otama-Biasong feeder road, Hinunangan"

Section 3

The "Remarks" on Project No. C-000.1 (27) Title C, Appendix A, page 894-A of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen are amended to read as follows:

"Provided one well each be drilled at Abgao Pananawan, Tam-is, Guadalupe, Ibarra, Maria Clara, Mantahan, Laboon, Tagnipa, Isagani and Balilahay, Municipality of Maasin; San Roque, Mabini and Manaya, Municipality of Macrohon; Sacob (Triana), Sto. Rosario (Burgos), Lungsodaan (Burgos), Concepcion school site (Concepcion), Abgao, Timba I, Magata (San Isidro), Tinago (Banday), Maanyag (Banday), and Maslog, Municipality of Malitbog; Himbangan, Municipality of St. Bernard; and two wells in Paco, Maasin."

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
