RA 2757 - An Act Reappropriating Certain Sums Appropriated in Republic Act Numbered Nineteen Hundred

Republic Act No. 2757

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sum appropriated in item (k), page 109, subparagraph 48, for the Province of Sorsogon, paragraph a, Title B, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, to wit:

"(k) Dancalan-Pangpang-Gimagaan-Vinisitahan-Tinanogan-Sibago-San Rafael-Sta. Cruz Road, Donsol—Construction ₱20,000.00"

is hereby reappropriated for the construction of the Donsol-Banuangurang-Javellar Road, Municipality of Donsol, Province of Sorsogon.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved: June 19, 1960.
