RA 2868 - An Act Creating Barrios in Certain Municipalities of the Province of Davao

Republic Act No. 2868

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The place known as Ceboza is separated from the poblacion of the Municipality of Matanao, Province of Davao, and is constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Ceboza.

Section 2

The sitio of Sta. Cruz in the Municipality of Asuncion, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Sta. Cruz.

Section 3

The sitio of Cacao in the Municipality of Panabo, same province, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Cacao.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
