An Act to Amend Item (aa), Under Group 7, Batanes, Section 2-d, Page 350 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty Three Hundred One

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Item (aa), under Group 7, Batanes, Section 2-d, page 350 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(aa) For drilling and construction of artesian wells in the Municipality of Basco ₱10,000.00."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
