An Act Appropriating Two Hundred Thousand Pesos for the Prevention and Control of Schistosomiasis

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, which sum shall be placed at the disposal of the Department of Health for the study of schistosomiasis, its cause, prevention and cure in coordination with the Institute of Science.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
