An Act Authorizing the University of the Philippines to Establish a Pay Pavilion in the Philippine General Hospital and to Contract Loans for Such Purpose

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. To enable the University of the Philippines to meet its increasing responsibilities, said University is hereby authorized to establish a pay pavilion within the present Philippine General Hospital compound.

Section 2. The President of the University of the Philippines is hereby authorized to borrow for the above-stated purpose an amount not exceeding three million pesos from the Government Service Insurance System, the Social Security System, and/or other government financing entities, which are also hereby authorized to grant such loans.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
