Republic Act No. 3078

An Act Providing for Two Assistant Provincial Fiscals for the Province of Southern Leyte, by Further Amending Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to assistant provincial fiscals, is further amended so that the Province of Southern Leyte shall have two assistant provincial fiscals.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
