Section 1
The sum of four million pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purchase of a parcel of land near the Capitol site in Quezon City, to be known as the "Congressional Employees Homesite," to be subdivided into residential lots and sold at cost to officers and employees of the Congress of the Philippines who have rendered five or more years of continuous service: Provided, That the permanent employees shall have first priority.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
