An Act Extending to Ten More Years the Term of the Contractual Grant Under Commonwealth Act Numbered Four Hundred and Eighty-Five

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The term of the contractual grant under Commonwealth Act Numbered Four hundred eighty-five is hereby extended to ten more years from the date the original term of twenty-five years shall have expired, subject to the same terms and conditions.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
