RA 3153 - An Act Converting the Calbayog City Emergency Hospital in the City of Calbayog into a General Hospital to be Known as the Calbayog City General Hospital
Republic Act No. 3153
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. T
he Calbayog City Emergency Hospital in the City of Calbayog is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Calbayog City General Hospital.
Section 2. T
he operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act.
Section 3. T
his Act shall take effect upon its approval.
