Republic Act No. 3171

An Act to Increase the Bed Capacity of the San Carlos General Hospital in Pangasinan and to Appropriate Funds for the Purpose

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The bed capacity of the San Carlos General Hospital in Pangasinan is hereby increased from seventy-five to one hundred.

Section 2. The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the hospital in addition to its existing funds.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
