Republic Act No. 3223

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The Manila Chronicle is hereby authorized and empowered to sell, transfer, or assign all the rights and privileges acquired by it under Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred and forty-three, entitled "An Act granting the Manila Chronicle a permit to construct, maintain and operate radio broadcasting stations and stations for television in the Philippines," in favor of the Chronicle Broadcasting Network, a corporation duly registered under the laws of the Philippines.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved: June 17, 1961.
