An Act to Amend Certain Items in Republic Act Numbered Twenty-Seven Hundred and One

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Items (a) and (d) under Group IV, for the Province of Cebu page 341, paragraph c, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows:

"(a) For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Sibonga, Cebu ₱40,000.00

"(d) For the construction, repair and/or improvement of provincial, municipal and/or barrio roads and other public works projects situated in the Municipality of Alcoy, Cebu 30,000.00."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
