Republic Act No. 3293

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

The sums appropriated in Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven under:

1. Item (f), group, IV, page 86, subparagraph 28 for the City of Manila, paragraph "f", Section two, for Lamayan Basketball Court—Improvement ₱2,500.00

2. Project No. B-0047.7, page 256-A, Title B-Highways (Feeder and Secondary Roads)—Urban, Appendix A, for—Anda Streets, City of Manila—Pave with asphalt, from Muralla to Sta. Lucia 640 m. GR 40 40 10 30 - - - - - 3 -

3. Project No. B-004.8, page 256-A, Title B-Highways (Feeder and Secondary Road)—Urban, Appendix A, for— Sta. Lucia, City of Manila— Paving from Victoria to Anda, 350 m.

Estimate based on asphalt paving| GR 15 15 15 - - - - - - 3 -

totalling twenty-seven thousand five hundred pesos, are hereby reappropriated for the following purposes:

(1) Filling of low areas in the Fourth District of Manila ₱20,000.00

(2) Leroy Street from Trece de Agosto to San Gregorio Improvement 7,500.00

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
