An Act Reappropriating the Sum of Ten Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Five Pesos Which is the Unexpended Balance of Sixteen Thousand Pesos Appropriated Under Item (l), Page 145, Group I, Paragraph 27, for the Province of Leyte, Title E, Section One of Republic Act Numbered Nine Hundred Twenty

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of ten thousand five hundred sixty-five pesos which is the unexpended balance of sixteen thousand pesos appropriated under item (l), page 145 group I, paragraph 27, for the Province of Leyte, Title E, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Nine hundred twenty, to wit:

"(l) Inopacan waterworks Construction ₱16,000.00"

is hereby reappropriated for the improvement and beautification of the public plaza in the Municipality of Inopacan, Province of Leyte.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
