Republic Act No. 3313

AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED NINETEEN HUNDRED

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Items (a) and (b), paragraph 34, for the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, page 946, Title G, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, are hereby amended to read as follows:

"(a) Various Communal Irrigation Sys­ tems, Solano Improvement and construction inc luding the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams	₱20,000.00
"(b) Busilac Communal Irrigation System, Bayombong	5,000.00
"(b-1) Various Communal Irrigation Sys tems, Bayombong Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams	20,000.00
"(b-2) Magat-La Torre-Wakal-U d d i a-wan-Bintawan Irrigation Systems, Bayombong Improvement and construction including the purchase of cement for the construction and/or repair of dams	25,000.00"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
