An Act Creating the Position of One Assistant Provincial Fiscal for the Province of Antique, Reenacting for the Purpose the Twenty-Sixth Subparagraph of the First Paragraph of Section Sixteen Hundred and Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

An Act Increasing the Number of Assistant Provincial Fiscals for the Province of Cagayan, Amending for the Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred Seventy-Four of the Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cagayan, is further amended to read as follows:

"Cagayan, five assistant provincial fiscals;"

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
