RA 3395 - An Act Providing for the Establishment of a School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Milagros, Province of Masbate, to be Known as the Milagros School of Fisheries, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There is hereby established, under the supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Milagros, Province of Masbate, to be known as the Milagros School of Fisheries.
Section 2
The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-two. Such sums as may be needed for the same purpose in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon the date the funds herein authorized to be appropriated shall have been provided for.
