An Act Appropriating the Sum of Ten Million Pesos as Aid to Provinces in the Maintenance of Provincial High Schools

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The sum of ten million pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, as aid to provinces in the maintenance of provincial high schools in the capital and other high schools in the municipalities for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-three.

Section 2. The sum herein appropriated shall be allocated to the above-mentioned schools by the Secretary of Education in proportion to the enrollment therein.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
