An Act Creating Additional Positions of Assistant Provincial Fiscals in the Province of Ilocos Norte, Amending for This Purpose Section Sixteen Hundred and Seventy-Four of the Revised Administrative Code, as Amended

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is further amended to read as follows:

"Ilocos Norte, six assistant provincial fiscals."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
