An Act Converting the Bataan Agricultural High School in the Municipality of Abucay, Province of Bataan, into a National Agricultural School to be Known as the Bataan National Agricultural School, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

An Act to Provide for the Establishment of One General Hospital in Each of the Municipalities of Bayang, Tamparan and Wao, All in the Province of Lanao del Sur, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Director of Medical Services, one general hospital in each of the municipalities of Bayang, Tamparan and Wao, all in the Province of Lanao del Sur, to be known as the Bayang General Hospital, Tamparan General Hospital, and Wao General Hospital, respectively.

Section 2. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospitals during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four: Provided, That each hospital shall be entitled to one hundred thousand pesos.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
