An Act Constituting the Province of Ilocos Sur into Two Engineering Districts

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Province of Ilocos Sur is hereby constituted into two engineering districts.

Section 2. Each of the two engineering districts shall have one highway district engineer and such other personnel who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
