RA 3635 - An Act Constituting the Province of Ilocos Sur into Two Engineering Districts

Republic Act No. 3635
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
Any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding, the Province of Ilocos Sur is hereby constituted into two engineering districts.
Section 2
Each of the two engineering districts shall have one highway district engineer and such other personnel who shall be appointed in accordance with existing laws and regulations.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: June 22, 1963.
