Republic Act No. 3640

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

Item (34), page 5, paragraph a, Title A, Section one of Republic, Act Numbered Nineteen hundred, is amended to read as follows:

"(34) Jose Rizal National Shrine,

Calamba, Laguna         P50,000.00"

Section 2

Item (36), page 3, paragraph a, Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one, Item (ap), page 406, Group I, subparagraph 26, for the Province of Laguna, paragraph d, Section two of the same Act, are amended, to read as follows:

"(36) Jose Rizal National Shrine,

Calamba, Laguna         P10,000.00

"(ap) Jose Rizal National Shrine,

Calamba, Improvement                P5,000.00"

Section 3

Item (cf), page 433, Group I, .subparagraph 26, for the Province of Laguna, paragraph c, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-seven hundred one, is amended to read as follows:

"(cf) Jose Rizal Shrine, Calamba,

Improvement              _             P10,000.00"

Section 4

Item 48, page 6, paragraph a, Title A, Section one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred one, is amended to read as follows:

"48. Dr. Jose Rizial  National Shrine,

Calamba, Laguna        P200,000.00"

Section 5

The President of the Philippines is hereby authorized to determine and fix the site of the Jose Rizal National Shrine.

Section 6

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
