Republic Act No. 378

AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. Section two of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred fifty-five is hereby amended to read as follows:

"Section 2. The extension herein granted shall be effective if the grantee, the Cacho and Hidalgo co-partner, its successors, shall file with the Office of the of the Philippines, the acceptance in writing of the provisions of this Act not later than September thirty, nineteen hundred and forty-nine."

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
