Republic Act No. 3782

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1

Section one (f), (i) and (k) of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-six hundred forty-six is amended to read as follows:

"(f) Region No. 6 comprises the Provinces of Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon and Catanduanes and the City of Naga, with regional headquarters at Naga City.

"(i) Region No. 9 comprises the Province of Samar, Masbate, Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, Leyte and Leyte del Sur and the Cities of Calbayog, Tacloban and Ormoc, with regional headquarters at Tacloban City.

"(k) Region No. 11 comprises the Province of Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Sur, Lanao del Norte and Agusan and the Cities of Cagayan de Oro, Iligan, Marawi and Butuan, with regional headquarters at Cagayan de Oro City."

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
