RA 3813 - An Act Authorizing the President of the Philippines to Sell a Certain Parcel of Land of Public Domain Within the City of Baguio to the National Development Company
Republic Act No. 3813
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The President of the Philippines, is hereby authorized to sell to the National Development Company, a government-owned corporation, for a nominal price of one peso, a parcel of public domain constituting the Pines Hotel site with an area of 34,762 square meters and more particularly designated as Lot 4, Plan Swo-19505, portion of Lot No. 100-New of Plan BAD-1311.
Section 2
By this conveyance, the National Development Company acquires full ownership and title to said piece of land described in the preceding section: Provided, However, That the said land, subject matter of this Act, shall not be transferred, sold, mortgaged, encumbered or alienated to any person, association, or corporation without the previous authorization by the President of the Philippines.
Section 3
All Acts, orders, or proclamations inconsistent with this Act are deemed repealed.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
