An Act Declaring the Natural Hot Springs at Montelago, Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, a Tourist Resort

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The natural hot springs at Montelago, Municipality of Naujan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby declared a tourist resort.

Section 2. The sum of six hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the construction of buildings, roads and other facilities including the construction of a wharf during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
