An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of Allen Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Allen, Province of Samar, and Authorizing the Additional Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The bed capacity of Allen Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Allen, Province of Samar, is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty.

Section 2. Additional sum necessary in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred thirty-nine is hereby authorized to be appropriated to carry out the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-five, in addition to its existing appropriations.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
