RA 3897 - An Act to Provide for the Establishment of a Fish and Marine Experimental and Demonstration Station in the Municipality of DARam, Province of Samar, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established and maintained under the supervision of the Commissioner of Fisheries, a fish and marine experimental and demonstration station in the Municipality of Daram, Province of Samar.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirty, nineteen hundred sixty-five.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
