RA 3905 - An Act Providing for the Establishment of a School of Fisheries in the Municipality of Baliangao, Province of Misamis Occidental, to be Known as the Baliangao School of Fisheries and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 3905
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a school of fisheries in the Municipality of Baliangao, Province of Misamis Occidental, to be known as the Baliangao School of Fisheries.
Section 2
The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
