An Act Providing for the Establishment of a National High School in the Municipality of Agutaya, Province of Palawan, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education, a national high school in the Municipality of Agutaya, Province of Palawan, to be known as Agutaya National High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of thirty thousand pesos for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-five.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
