An Act to Establish an Agricultural High School in the Jolo Mainland and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There is hereby established an agricultural high school on the mainland of Jolo.

Section 2. The Secretary of Education is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations for the establishment of such school.

Section 3. The sum of three hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
