Republic Act No. 4017

An Act Providing for the Establishment of a Maternity and Children’s Hospital in the Municipality of Bato, Province of Catanduanes, to be Known as Bato Maternity and Children’s Hospital, and Authorizing the Appropriation of Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, a maternity and children’s hospital in the Municipality of Bato, Province of Catanduanes, to be known as Bato Maternity and Children’s Hospital.

Section 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
