Republic Act No. 4061

An Act Granting Philippine Citizenship to Mrs. Gloria Padilla-Butt

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. Mrs. Gloria Padilla-Butt is hereby granted Philippine citizenship with all the rights, privileges and prerogatives appurtenant thereto.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
