An Act to Authorize the Establishments of the Northwestern Luzon Fresh-Water Demonstration Fish Farm and Nursery in the Municipality of Bangar, Province of La Union, and to Authorize the Appropriation of Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. There shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the Fisheries Commissioner, a regional fresh-water demonstration fish farm and nursery in the Municipality of Bangar, Province of La Union.
Section 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
