An Act Authorizing the President of the Philippines to Extend Economic and Technical Assistance to South Vietnam and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1. The President of the Philippines is authorized to send economic and technical assistance to South Vietnam.
Section 2. The sum of one million pesos, or so much thereof as may so necessary, is appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
