An Act to Change the Name of Eastern Pangasinan Emergency Hospital to Eastern Pangasinan General Hospital

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of Eastern Pangasinan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Tayug, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby changed to Eastern Pangasinan General Hospital.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
