RA 4291 - An Act Creating the Positions of Four Assistant City Fiscals for the City of Dagupan, Amending for the Purpose Section Twenty-Four of the Charter of Said City

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The first paragraph of Section twenty-four of Republic Act Numbered One hundred seventy, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Dagupan is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 24. The City Fiscal.—His assistants.—His powers, duties and compensation.— The law department shall consist of the city fiscal who shall be the chief legal adviser of the city and four assistants who shall be known, respectively, as the first, second, third and fourth assistant city fiscals. Said assistant city fiscals shall be appointed by the President of the Philippines, with the consent of the Commission on Appointments.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect on January second, nineteen hundred and sixty-six.
