RA 4293 - An Act to Create the Barrio of Malaya in the Municipality of Marikina, Province of Rizal
Republic Act No. 4293
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:
Section 1
The areas covering Paliparan Subdivision, Better Homes, Inc., and abandoned Manila Railroad tracks, within the Municipality of Marikina, Province of Rizal, are hereby constituted into a barrio in said municipality, to be known as Barrio of Malaya.
The boundaries of said barrio shall be as follows:
On the North, the 14-meter wide road and an imaginary line going West to East; on the East, the first creek near Barrio Parang; on the South, the Marikina townsite, including the hospital site and property of Roberto Tuason; and on the West, the Sto. Niño (Lazaro Estate, Manotok Subdivision), Lamuan (Malanday, Manotok, Inc.) Concepcion (Manotok Subdivision), and property of Gregorio San Diego, and others.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
