An Act Changing the Name of Govantes Dike in the Municipality of Vigan, Province of Ilocos Sur, to Isabelo De Los Reyes Dike

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippine Congress Assembled:

Section 1. The name of Govantes Dike in the Municipality of Vigan, Province of Ilocos Sur, is changed to Isabelo De Los Reyes Dike.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
